We do not collect payment information. This site does not process credit cards or financial transactions directly.

- To provide the positioning report service — Your property information is used to generate an AI-powered positioning preview and to prepare a full home positioning report.
- To follow up with you — A licensed real estate agent will use your contact information to deliver your full report and answer questions. You will not be added to automated marketing lists without your consent.
- To improve our service — Aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us understand how sellers use this tool and how we can improve it.
- To communicate important updates — If our policies change or there are service updates, we may contact you using the information you provided.
- To comply with legal obligations — We may use or disclose your information as required by applicable law or legal process.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — We use Netlify for form processing and site hosting. Form submissions may be stored by Netlify in accordance with their privacy policy. We use Anthropic's API to generate AI-powered positioning previews; property data you enter is transmitted to Anthropic for processing but is not retained by Anthropic for training purposes under our enterprise usage terms.
- The operating agent — Your contact and property information is shared with Jimmy Edwards, the licensed associate broker operating this tool, for the purpose of delivering your positioning report.
- Legal requirements — We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights or safety of any person.
- Business transfers — If this tool is transferred, acquired, or merged with another party, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy protections.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy:
- Form submissions are retained for up to 24 months to allow for follow-up and report delivery.
